For breakfast I had the same oatmeal with agave nectar and almond milk with a banana. For lunch I had my cucumber sandwich, almonds, and quinoa tortilla chips (but this time with salsa!)
I finished off the bolani :( but tonight for diner I ate rice with shitaki mushrooms and tofu from Trader Joes.
I was a little disappointed because I was not expecting it to be spicy (I am a wimp.) But it was quick and easy. And still yummy :) I don't know what I'm going to have for dinner tomorrow...maybe Sugar Plum Vegan Cafe on 23rd and K in Sac. I'm in the mood for their artichoke dip and sweet potato quesadilla. Such vegan delicousness!
K, gonna go watch Weeds now. This show is so brilliant.
