Day 22 consisted of leftovers and nothing new. But day 23 I found a great recipe for vegan french toast that I made with cranberry walnut bread.
Take a bite of THAT!
Anyways,
2 cups almond milk
4 tbsp flour
3 tsp sugar
Dash of cinnamon
1/4 tsp vanilla
It was really good! Also because I used pure maple syrup. But it tasted so much like french toast! I was so happy.
It feels good to be blogging again. Friday and Saturday were a little hectic and I didn't plan anything to make. Plus we got in a car situation. And you know how fun those are. Anyways, but seriously Friday all I had to eat were vegan brownies and sour patch kids. Oh so healthy.
But I'm going shopping today and getting ingredients to make BLTS with tempeh bacon, and later this week I'm making my own nut burger and grasshopper pie. Can't wait!
