I have decided to go vegan for 30 days as my project. I will be documenting what meals I eat and how I feel each day without animal products. I want to see if it is better for me to have dairy or not. After researching and learning more about animal products and it's affect on us, I want to change my taste buds and get rid of that craving for dairy so I can completely go vegan.

Day 8
Last night I had delicious red skin hash browns with ketchup and a side of broccoli soup. I love potatoes!
Going shopping today to get ingredients for the sloppy joes, carmally popcorn, and strawberry cupcakes. Mmmm can't wait!
