Day 9

Got lots of yummy vegan treats from the Co-Op yesterday. Including spinach bolani with humus!

 Ahhhh love.  We also got cocunut mocha almond fudge ice cream. Tastes like the real thing! So good I just ate it out of the carton.

Tonight I'm making udon noodles with peanut butter sauce. Yum can't wait!
