I am not definitely not wasting any food through this project. Yesterday for breakfast I ate my cinnamon rolls, for lunch my wild rice salad, and for an after school snack a couple of the enchiladas.
For dinner, my mom used the rest of the sweet potatoes and made me mashed sweet potatoes with a side of mustard greens and rosemary bread with almond butter. Delish!
i appreciate you eating the mustard greens when you did not really want to. they are an aquired taste at first. they are really really good for you and you embraced that. that rosemary bread with almond butter, ohhhh yum
